Castel Magnum "C" 2014

The ‘C’ is a 100% Chardonnay and comes from a hill top vineyard with very poor soil that produces grapes with very particular aromas and minerality. The must is barrel fermented and the wine is aged sur lie with frequent bâtonnage for 12 months in French oak barrels, one third new. היין הלבן של קסטל עשוי 100% ענבי שרדונה המגיעים מכרם הנטוע באדמה דלה בפסגת ההר, המיניב ענבים בעלי ניחוח ומינרלים ייחודיים. התירוש עובר תסיסה בחביות והיין בוגר על משקעיו, תוך בחישה לפרקים. היין גדל למשך 12 חודשים בחביות עץ אלון צרפתיות, שליש מתוכן חדשות.
